Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of hands-on experience developing embedded software, including a strong background in AHRS and INS solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in characterizing, calibrating, and testing inertial sensor devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Work directly with hardware, utilizing lab equipment and advanced debugging tools to troubleshoot and refine systems.
- Preferred but not required programming experience in C#, C++, or Python for PC-based applications.
- Preferred but not required experience with VHDL, designing safety-critical software per RTCA DO-178, DO-254 standards, and working with PCB hardware systems for DFM & DFT.
- Develop and program embedded software in C for microcontroller-based systems, with the option to create VHDL code for FPGA applications.
- Design and implement AHRS and INS systems using MEMS, FOG, and other cutting-edge sensor technologies.
- Build and manage tools that facilitate the manufacturing, calibration, and validation of critical safety products.
- Construct and debug hardware, including basic soldering and operating testing equipment, in both office and laboratory settings.
- Create and run test procedures to verify product compliance with performance standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks.
