Join our team as an Embedded Systems Engineer and drive the engineering and development of cutting-edge technical projects. You'll play a critical role in aligning our engineering efforts with key company objectives. Responsibilities:
  • Electrical Systems Development: Design and implement electrical systems and user interface controls.
  • Chassis Integration: Integrate with chassis components using J1939 Can-Bus and other relevant communication protocols.
  • Hardware and Software Development: Design wire harnesses, select components, and program PLCs. Develop software for vehicle and system data recording, compilation, and remote server transfer.
  • Technology Advancement: Conduct research and development to integrate new technologies that enhance vehicle capabilities and efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with drafters and engineers to create and approve detailed drawings.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, ensuring on-schedule task completion and clear communication of project requirements to team members.
  • Customer Interaction: Work directly with customers to understand project goals and define the scope of work.
  • Priority Management: Organize and manage multiple priorities to maintain project schedules.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide support to the Customer Service and Production teams, including hands-on work as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Can-Bus and serial communications.
  • Experience with PLC, C++, Linux, or other programming languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven and motivated, with the ability to work effectively in team and individual settings.
  • Hands on mechanical experience is a plus.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an engineering role.
Salary: $95,000+ Depending on Experience
