This role is for the professional who’s energized by the chase, confident walking into the boardroom, and skilled at building credibility with VPs and C-Suite executives. You’ll have the autonomy to run your territory, the backing of an elite support team, and the earning potential to match your drive. This full-time, on-site position in Johnson County, KS offers a base salary of $80,000–$90,000 (based on experience) with an uncapped total compensation potential of $180,000–$200,000+ — plus robust benefits, training, and long-term growth opportunities.
Duties

Drive enterprise-level new business development through strategic outreach, discovery calls, presentations, and executive-level consultations.

Engage directly with VPs and C-Suite leaders to understand operational challenges and tailor high-value technology and service solutions.

Manage complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting to close, consistently landing deals exceeding $300K+ in value.

Qualifications

6+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on SaaS, MSP, or technical solutions.

Proven track record of selling into enterprise-level organizations and engaging with VPs and C-Suite decision makers.
