Duties: 

• Develop a strong understanding of underwriting strategies and program criteria, using sound judgment to support risk evaluation and smart decision-making

• Partner closely with underwriters to assist with quotes, renewals, endorsements, and application processing to ensure efficient workflow

• Deliver responsive support to internal teams and external partners, often handling urgent or high-impact inquiries that shape our client experience

• Navigate internal platforms (such as Salesforce) to manage casework, document decisions, and quickly become fluent in system processes

Requirements: 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a calm, professional approach to fast-paced or high-pressure situations

• Ability to quickly master new tools and technology; confident learning and working across multiple software platforms

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic who can juggle competing priorities without needing constant direction

• Enthusiastic about growth and hands-on learning, especially in a fast-moving insurtech environment where adaptability and initiative are key
• Insurance background a plus
