Required Skills:- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plant operations, safety management, or a closely related field
- Proven ability to lead safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Deep understanding of OSHA, DOT, NFPA regulations, and ISO 14001:2015 EMS
- Strong communication, report writing, and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Navigator preferred
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs
- Skilled in developing policies, procedures, and recordkeeping
- Safety certifications from BCSP, ASSP, IOSH, or similar organizations
- OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety and Industry Standards
- Familiarity with DOE 10 CFR Part 851 and project controls
- Ability to create and edit visual media using camera, drone, or other equipment
- Budgeting, project management, and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience supporting ISO 14001:2015 EMS initiatives
- Up to 20% travel required to support project sites and foster field-level impact
- Ability to perform extended walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Manual dexterity for use of hand/power tools
- Valid driver’s license and comfort transporting passengers
- Strong follow-through on documentation, corrective actions, and communication
