Responsibilities

• Own and run the operations priority list —take initiatives from raw idea through planning, execution, and delivery with clear outcomes and accountability.
• Lead project intake + scoping  (requirements framing, effort sizing, dependencies, risks) and establish a repeatable “standard process” that sticks.
• Build portfolio-level visibility  through status reporting, timeline management, and stakeholder-ready communication (including executive-level updates).
• Drive change management and adoption —partner with operations to build understanding, align expectations, and reduce friction across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery leadership  in complex healthcare/EHR environments—able to step in and organize ambiguity immediately (not a “watch-and-learn” role).
• Epic revenue cycle / Professional Billing domain experience  with strong operational understanding (Epic certification  not required  for this role).
• Portfolio/workflow mindset : demonstrated experience creating and implementing durable processes (intake, governance, reporting, decisioning).
• Executive presence + high EQ : confident with demanding stakeholders, strong written/verbal communication, and calm ownership under pressure.
