What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate weekly schedules and delegate tasks to our support team.
- Maintain and clean up large Excel reports (formulas, formatting, and more).
- Serve as the go-to person between internal teams and external teams.
- Ensure product demo events are fully staffed, on time, and well-documented.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, sorting, deduping, formatting, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities and timelines.
- Clear and confident communication skills with internal and external partners.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset—bonus points for previous staffing or admin experience!
