  Requirements
  • Perform specimen preparation/handling and support routine flow cytometry testing while maintaining specimen integrity.
  • Follow established lab procedures for analysis, reporting, and accurate documentation of patient results.
  • Participate in quality control activities, including documenting QC, supporting calibrations/maintenance, and monitoring analytical performance.
  • Identify testing or instrument issues, follow out-of-range procedures, escalate when needed, and document corrective actions.
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards (biohazard/chemical handling, clean workspace) and support inspection readiness/onsite inspections.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in biological, chemical, clinical laboratory sciences, or medical technology (required).
  • ASCP certification (MLS, MLT, and/or appropriate specialist certification) (required).
  • 0–2 years of clinical flow lab experience preferred (hematology MLS experience acceptable).
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills; team-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
Salary: $68,000-$86,500
