General Labor - Unloader

We’re hiring a strong, dependable Unloader to help move, unload, and palletize product in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is very physical and is best for someone comfortable with heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.

Unloader (Warehouse) — Job Description Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:15 PM
Overtime: Always optional (up to 30 minutes before shift and up to 2 hours after shift)

What You’ll Do (Unloader - General Labor)

Unload product from trailers/containers and move materials safely through the warehouse
Palletize product using electric and manual pallet jacks
Push, pull, and lift heavy product as required
Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all safety procedures
Work with the team to keep freight moving efficiently and accurately

Physical Requirements (Important) - Unloader - General Labor

Lift / push / pull approximately 50–150 lbs (team lift or assistance when needed, depending on the item)
Frequent bending, twisting, and standing/walking for extended periods
This is a strength-based role—candidates should be comfortable with highly physical work

Note for new hires: This job can be tough at first. You do not need to wear yourself out on Day 1—pace yourself, focus on safe technique, and expect some soreness while your body adjusts.

What We’re Looking For (Unloader - General Labor)

Warehouse/unloading experience is helpful, but not required if you’re strong and reliable
Comfortable using (or learning) electric and manual pallet jacks
Safety-minded, punctual, and able to work consistently Monday–Friday
Team-oriented with a good attitude and willingness to learn
