A Kansas City, MO production facility is hiring General Laborers to support day-to-day operations. This position will float between Filling Lines and Hand-Dumping and will assist with packaging and production support tasks.
General Laborer Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $16/hr
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Type: Contract-to-hire
What You’ll Do as General Laborer:
- Float between Filling Lines and Hand-Dumping as assigned
- Hand-dump product/material as needed
- Place bottles in boxes and prepare product for shipment
- Place caps on bottles
- Put trays and pumps in boxes
- Fill pouches with powder
- Stack boxes on pallets and keep packaging organized
What We’re Looking For in General Laborer:
- Ability to stand/walk for the shift and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and move boxes as needed (warehouse/production environment)
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled hours
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
- Prior general labor, warehouse, or production experience is helpful but not required
