Responsibilities

Process and reconcile monthly benefit invoices from multiple vendors to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Respond to employee and internal team inquiries regarding health and welfare benefits via phone and email.

Maintain and update employee benefit records including address changes, employer verifications, and beneficiary updates .

Communicate benefit information to internal stakeholders and coordinate updates or changes with external vendors.

Support administrative processes including mailings, discrepancy report cleanup, and documentation management related to benefit plans.
Qualifications

Prior experience administering health and welfare benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability).

Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and web-based vendor systems . (preferrably Workday)

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy with the ability to manage competing priorities.
