Required Skills:
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and fixtures
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and working on concrete flooring
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and lean safety training
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with crane operation
- Prior work in manufacturing environments involving heavy equipment
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in assembly or related roles within manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and specifications
Other Requirements:
- Steel-toed boots are mandatory
- Flexibility in scheduling; some overtime may be required
- Ability to work in hot environments in summer and utilize cooling devices as needed
- Background check
- Willingness to undergo lean safety training
Salary Range: $19 - $22 per hour, with potential increases when converted
