Assembly Technician Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine and repetitive assembly operations according to work instructions and quality requirements
- Use fixtures and equipment to assemble components accurately and efficiently
- Use precision measuring devices (as required) to verify product specifications
- Operate and safely use a variety of hand tools and power tools
- Consistently meet or exceed production schedules, deadlines, and quality expectations
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety rules and procedures
Assembly Technician Qualifications:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and following standard operating procedures
- Ability to:
- Bend, stoop, lift, and move objects
- Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Stand on anti-fatigue matting and walk on concrete continuously throughout a 10-hour shift
