 We’re hiring an  HR Generalist  to support day-to-day people operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is a key partner to employees and leaders—helping keep HR processes moving, solving problems quickly, and creating a workplace where people feel supported and respected. A background in  manufacturing (automotive preferred)  is a plus, but we’re most focused on finding someone with the right presence:  welcoming, friendly, steady under pressure, and able to hold firm when needed.

  Key Responsibilities
  • Be the  front-line HR contact  for employees and leaders—answer questions, provide guidance, and maintain a visible, approachable presence.
  • Support  hiring and onboarding  activities (coordination, pre-employment steps, orientation support) to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
  • Assist with  employee relations and policy enforcement  (attendance, coaching support, conflict resolution, documentation, and investigations as needed).
  • Handle  HR administration and compliance support  (HRIS/data entry, file maintenance, reporting, training/safety communications, and HR initiatives).

Experience & skills (preferred)
  • 2+ years of HR Generalist or HR support experience (manufacturing/automotive environment is strongly preferred).
  • Working knowledge of common HR processes: onboarding, attendance practices, employee relations support, documentation, and HR admin.
  • Comfort working around a production schedule and being present/visible with employees.
Salary $70-$80,000/YR
