Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- 5–7+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
- Must have union/labor relations experience (grievances, contract administration, bargaining support)
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical/problem-solving skills; solid PC/systems skills
Key Duties
- Lead full-cycle recruiting: postings, screening/interviews, offers, onboarding/orientation
- Manage HR lifecycle processes: performance reviews, promotions/transfers, separations, records
- Administer benefits, compensation support, and HR policy guidance for employees
- Support labor relations and compliance: grievance administration, safety efforts, workers’ comp coordination
