Join our team as an HR Generalist supporting a busy facility where you’ll own end-to-end HR operations—recruiting, employee relations, compensation/benefits, safety, and compliance—while partnering closely with the HR Director on site and company-wide initiatives.

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • 5–7+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
  • Must have union/labor relations experience (grievances, contract administration, bargaining support)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical/problem-solving skills; solid PC/systems skills

Key Duties

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting: postings, screening/interviews, offers, onboarding/orientation
  • Manage HR lifecycle processes: performance reviews, promotions/transfers, separations, records
  • Administer benefits, compensation support, and HR policy guidance for employees
  • Support labor relations and compliance: grievance administration, safety efforts, workers’ comp coordination
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
