We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to own administrative support across Human Resources . This role is mostly HR-focused with the potential for acting as a back-up for payroll responsibilities , with HR responsibilities focused on execution and coordination rather than strategic HR leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle HR Support: Manage daily HR operations, serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace culture .
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws; support audits and payroll reporting requirements.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including facilitating orientation and managing documentation..
- Onboarding & Administration: Coordinate new hire onboarding, system setup, salary updates, performance review administration, and training records in partnership with the parent People Operations team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on, HR Generalist experience; Payroll support experience preferred.
- Systems & Tools: Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP, Paychex, Workday, SAP, or similar; strong Excel skills.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Attributes: Highly detail-oriented, discreet, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Compensation
$50,000–$65,000 annually plus profit sharing and ESOP
