Key Skills Needed:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for complex equipment
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Proficiency in welding, fabrication, and use of hand and power tools
- Knowledge of safety procedures, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and confined space entry
- Ability to document work and perform root cause analysis effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Familiarity with technical drawings and schematics
- Additional certifications in welding or safety procedures
Preferred Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED, with technical training preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial environment
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work both day and night shifts
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks

Salary: $30 - $35+ per hour, based on experience
