Industrial Painter - Hourly Pay: - $20-$23/hour - Depending on Experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Apply industrial coatings to steel and aluminum components using gravity-fed spray guns .

• Mix and prepare enamel paints , including proper ratios of paint, hardener, and reducer.

• Perform surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, masking, and other prep work required for proper coating adhesion.

• Inspect parts before and after painting to ensure high-quality finish and consistency .

• Maintain spray equipment and ensure proper cleaning and operation.

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements while working with coatings and solvents.

• Maintain an organized and clean work area.

Required Qualifications

• Experience using industrial spray guns (gravity-fed preferred).

• Experience working with enamel paints and paint mixing processes .

• Experience with surface preparation on steel and aluminum .

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Work involves standing for extended periods and handling coated metal components.
