Industrial Painter - Hourly Pay: - $20-$23/hour - Depending on Experience.
Key Responsibilities

Apply industrial coatings to steel and aluminum components using gravity-fed spray guns .

Mix and prepare enamel paints , including proper ratios of paint, hardener, and reducer.

Perform surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, masking, and other prep work required for proper coating adhesion.

Inspect parts before and after painting to ensure high-quality finish and consistency .

Maintain spray equipment and ensure proper cleaning and operation.

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements while working with coatings and solvents.

Maintain an organized and clean work area.
Required Qualifications

Experience using industrial spray guns (gravity-fed preferred).

Experience working with enamel paints and paint mixing processes .

Experience with surface preparation on steel and aluminum .

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
