Temporary to hire opportunity (Resume/Interview first)
Shift: Monday-Friday 11pm-7am
Pay: $18-24 based on experience
Dress code: plain shirt, jeans or work pants, safety toed shoes required
Must be comfortable lifting 35lbs regularly throughout the shift and up to 50lbs on occasions
Must be comfortable bending and stooping regularly to remove product from machinery or make adjustments

Key Duties & Responsibilities
? Machine Setup: Prepare injection molding machines for
production runs, including installing molds, setting machine
parameters, and ensuring proper material supply.
? Troubleshooting of molding process and resin capabilities
? Process Monitoring and Establish molding process: Monitor
machine operations during production to ensure quality and
efficiency, making adjustments as necessary to maintain process
parameters.
? Quality Control: Perform quality checks on molded parts to
ensure they meet specifications and troubleshoot any issues that
may arise during production.
? Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on injection molding
machines to ensure they operate efficiently and safely, and
troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or electrical issues.
? Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including
machine settings, material usage, and production output.
? Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a
safe working environment for yourself and others.
? Continuous Improvement: Improve efficiency & cycle time for
the current mold and materials. Identify and implement process
improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve
product quality.
