Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage an inside sales team, setting performance expectations and driving accountability through KPIs and metrics

  • Coach and develop sales representatives on consultative selling, upselling, objection handling, and closing techniques

  • Personally handle sales activity (approximately 25% of time) while modeling best practices and leadership by example

  • Analyze sales data, pipeline activity, and inbound performance to identify growth opportunities and improve team output
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of inside sales leadership experience (must have managed inside sales teams)

  • Strong background in automotive diagnostics, automotive tools, technical automotive products, or related industry

  • Proven success in coaching sales reps and improving team performance in inbound or hybrid sales environments

  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with experience managing performance dashboards and revenue targets

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
