As an Inside Technical Sales Representative, you’ll be the voice of our company, helping customers with hardware, software, and service needs while building lasting relationships. Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls and emails—solve problems and close sales.

Proactively follow up with customers for renewals and upsell opportunities.

Make outbound calls (about 30%) to reconnect with prior and potential clients.
- Partner with account managers to ensure an amazing customer experience.

1+ year of customer service, sales, or related experience as well as tech industry experience

Strong communicator with a friendly, approachable style.

A self-starter who’s hungry to learn and motivated to achieve goals.

Comfortable working on-site, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
Hourly:
$19 - 21/hr
