Control gate access for authorized personnel only.

Maintain a visitor log and document lot activity.

Contact a supervisor, security personnel, or law enforcement if suspicious activity occurs.

Conduct regular perimeter checks (minimum once per hour).

Review updates from previous shifts to maintain continuity of operations.

Stay awake, alert, and attentive for the full duration of the shift.

Verify authorization before granting lot access.

Record all incoming and outgoing vehicles and related paperwork.

Operate gate controls in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Follow detailed instructions located in the Post Order binder at the main gate post.

Utilize scheduling applications to confirm shifts and team assignments.

Safely operate company, personal, or customer vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and safety policies.

Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report any issues.

Ensure safe entry and exit for employees.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and promptly report incidents or concerns.

Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing a seatbelt.

Enter and exit vehicles safely.

Avoid distractions that could impact safety.

Report unsafe conditions immediately.

Be prepared to relocate vehicles as needed.

Ability to sit for extended periods.

Remain awake and alert for the entire shift.

Walk the lot during required perimeter checks.

Must have a personal vehicle available for use during the shift.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR background check required).

Smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of running required mobile applications.

Customer service experience preferred.

Dress appropriately for all weather conditions.

Clean, professional attire (no offensive clothing).
