Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and support a team of Business Analysts while overseeing project intake, prioritization, and workflow strategy

• Collaborate with business and IT leadership to assess technology needs and ensure solution alignment

• Establish and evolve standards for business analysis processes and documentation practices

• Represent the BA team in strategic planning discussions and manage stakeholder expectations across departments

Required Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of business analysis experience, including 2+ years of direct supervisory responsibility

• Strong background in business relationship management, requirements gathering, and enterprise project support

• Proven success in coaching teams, managing performance, and building collaborative team cultures

• Ability to lead strategic planning sessions, assess risk, and translate business needs into actionable insights
