Are you a visionary IT leader who thrives on turning strategy into action? We’re looking for an IT Director to take the reins of our company’s technology landscape – spanning both corporate offices and plant facilities. In this pivotal role, you'll shape the future of our digital infrastructure, lead a high-impact team, and ensure technology drives real business growth.
We need someone who’s just as comfortable creating high-level tech strategies as they are rolling up their sleeves to solve complex problems. From enterprise systems to plant-floor tech, cloud architecture to cybersecurity, you’ll be at the center of it all.
Duties:
-
Own and evolve our tech roadmap to keep pace with business growth and innovation.
-
Optimize our Microsoft Azure environment and network infrastructure for scalability, uptime, and performance.
-
Oversee core business applications and drive smarter, more efficient system integrations.
-
Champion robust IT security measures to protect company assets and ensure compliance.
-
Manage and modernize technologies used on the plant floor, including production data systems, video surveillance, and access control.
-
Build strong partnerships with external vendors, managing contracts and service delivery with a sharp eye on value.
-
Enhance end-user experiences through reliable, high-performance hardware provisioning and support.
-
Develop and mentor a talented IT team while managing budgets and driving high-impact projects.
-
Lead IT due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts as we grow through acquisitions.
Requirements:
-
A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s a plus).
-
10+ years of progressive IT leadership, ideally in a manufacturing or multi-site environment, but not a deal breaker.
-
Expertise in Microsoft Azure, enterprise apps, and cloud infrastructure.
-
Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices and risk management.
-
Experience with plant-level technologies and data integration systems.
-
A proven track record of leading IT integrations during M&A activity.
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.
Salary: $130,000 - $155,000
