Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, and networks

• Manage a team of IT professionals with a focus on performance, mentorship, and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with leadership to align infrastructure strategy with business goals and security standards

• Monitor system health, analyze performance trends, and ensure proactive response to outages or vulnerabilities

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure or systems management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of enterprise networks, server administration, and virtual environments

• Experience with cybersecurity protocols, disaster recovery planning, and compliance standards

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, or other infrastructure planning/documentation tools.
