Key Responsibilities:
- Map and document end-to-end service and claims workflows
- Identify pain points in current processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Track and triage issues, maintaining clear documentation and executive updates
- Facilitate meetings, produce agendas, and drive cross-functional alignment on key projects
Ideal Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing systems/process projects, including task and workflow documentation
- Experience with leading system or process improvement projects
- Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project) and business process documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and drive consensus
