Practical experience with Microsoft Office 365 and other enterprise-level software solutions.
- Bonus points for certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), along with experience in Microsoft Azure, Intune, RIMAS, Egnyte, and IP Camera/NVR systems.
Duties:

Offer expert technical assistance for hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring smooth operations for users.

Respond to inquiries through phone, email, or in-person, while accurately logging all issues in the internal ticketing system.

Install, configure, and maintain a variety of devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, kiosks, and mobile phones.

Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring proper access control across the organization.
- Collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring system stability and performance.
