- Pull parts, materials, and components based on work orders, pick lists, or production schedules
- Assemble kits accurately for production, packaging, or shipment
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy
- Label, organize, and stage kits for the production floor or designated departments
- Replenish inventory and notify leadership of shortages or discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and stock movement as needed
- Use hand scanners, computers, or inventory systems to track materials when applicable
- Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures
- Support other warehouse or production duties as assigned
- Previous warehouse, production, material handling, or kitting experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work orders, pick tickets, and basic instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer or scanner experience is a plus
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
- Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
