Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of legal administrative experience; litigation and e-filing experience required.

Strong knowledge of legal terminology, citation formats, and Massachusetts Rule 9A court filing standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with time entry and redlining tools.

Ability to type at least 50 WPM with high accuracy; excellent proofreading and document formatting skills.

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or legal certification (ALS, PLS, CAP, or Paralegal) preferred.
Duties: -
Provide comprehensive administrative support including time entry, calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.

Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, contracts, and patent/trademark applications.

Assist attorneys and paralegals with U.S. Federal/District Court and patent office filings, including e-filing and MA-specific Rule 9A requirements.

Support client interactions and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all communications.

Offer occasional tech support to attorneys and staff (with IT guidance) and mentor junior administrative staff as needed.
