Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all firm levels, including lateral attorneys, summer associates, and administrative staff.
- Strategic Sourcing & Networking: Utilize job boards, law schools, and professional associations to build a diverse candidate pipeline and manage relationships with external recruiting vendors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with firm leadership to develop hiring strategies, refine compensation benchmarks, and coordinate the interview and debriefing process.
Data & Systems Management: Maintain accurate candidate records within the Paycom ATS and track key performance metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline activity to optimize recruiting efforts.

- Recruitment Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools, along with mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Operational Excellence: Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail and the proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality across all levels of the firm.
