We’re searching for a driven, community-connected Low Voltage Operations Manager to oversee structured cabling operations, lead high-performing teams, and foster new business development in the Phoenix area. Job Title: Low Voltage Operations Manager (Onsite | Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM)
Location:  Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Full-Time
Pay: $90k-$110k (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor project managers and technicians while overseeing all operational aspects including inventory, fleet, tools, and compliance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local manufacturers, distributors, and business associations to grow market presence and drive sales.

  • Oversee financial performance including P&L, forecasting, vendor approvals, and AR collections.

  • Support strategic business development efforts, from onboarding new clients to expanding year-over-year revenue and community connections.


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in structured cabling, technology, or related fields (fieldwork, project management, or sales).

  • Deep ties to the local market with existing business contacts and a passion for networking.

  • Strong leadership skills with working knowledge of PM/QM processes, financial forecasting, and operations management.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent written and verbal communication and a sharp eye for detail.
