In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring carrier invoices reflect what actually happened in the real world—not just what shows up on paper. From liftgate charges to reweighs and reclasses, you’ll play a direct role in protecting margin, resolving discrepancies, and bringing clarity to high-volume freight operations.

What You’ll Be Doing- Audit with purpose – Review LTL carrier invoices and catch discrepancies before they turn into costly mistakes
- Own accessorial accuracy – Validate charges like liftgate, residential delivery, and weight differences to ensure they’re legitimate
- Be the problem solver – Lead disputes with carriers and drive issues through to resolution (no “set it and forget it” here)
- Make a real impact – Help ensure accurate freight spend and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly
- You have experience in LTL billing, freight audit, or carrier invoicing and understand how these charges actually work
- You know your way around accessorials (liftgate, reweigh, reclass, etc.) and aren’t afraid to question them
- You’ve handled invoice discrepancies or disputes and are comfortable pushing back with facts
- You’re detail-driven, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
