We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Inspect and ensure products meet quality standards, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Record all production data accurately, including machine settings, output, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Assist in set-up and changeover of machines for different production runs.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience operating manufacturing or industrial equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Basic Math and Mechanical skills.
