Lead and supervise the maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Perform and assign routine and emergency maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and facility infrastructure

Implement and track preventive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues and coordinate repairs

Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Work closely with production and engineering teams to support operational goals

Manage maintenance documentation, parts inventory, and equipment records

Assist in training team members and evaluating performance and skill development
-
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in industrial maintenance preferred

3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems

Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
-
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills

Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus
