- Perform maintenance and electrical work, troubleshooting equipment issues to correct inefficiencies and reduce downtime through regular preventive maintenance.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical problems on plant machinery.
- Maintain and support corrugating plant process equipment to ensure efficient operation and strong production results.
- Follow all safety policies and workplace procedures, reporting any accidents, incidents, or concerns immediately.
- Complete assigned monthly online safety training.
- Work from specifications and drawings to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and with minimal waste.
- Carry out additional corrective and preventive maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, dependability, and time management.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical systems preferred.
- Familiarity with computers in an industrial environment, including hardware, software, network configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Working knowledge of PLCs and motors.
- Knowledge of automated machinery and computer-controlled equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- High school diploma or GED required
