Maintenance Technician Pay
- $32.32–$45/hour (based on skill and experience)
- Off-shift differential: +$2.50/hour

Maintenance Technician Schedule / Shift Requirements
- Openings on all shifts (must be available for overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed)
- Currently hiring for Monday - Friday 12-hour shifts

- 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule
- Training period: first 30–90 days on 1st shift
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Maintenance Technician:
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime and improve throughput
- Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Operate/adjust equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
- Monitor and/or enter information into computer control systems
- Perform routine preventive maintenance , basic asset care, and housekeeping/cleaning of work areas
- Work collaboratively with production and maintenance team members to meet or exceed goals for:
- Safety
- Quality
- Waste reduction
- Production output
- Operate and/or work around mobile equipment as needed
- Maintain strict compliance with safety rules, including required PPE
Physical & Work Environment Maintenance Technician
- Work is performed in a loud/noisy, industrial, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing/pulling for up to 12 hours/day
Basic Qualifications (Required) Maintenance Technician
- 2+ years experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing/production environment
- Demonstrated ability troubleshooting/repairing mechanical AND electrical issues
- Experience troubleshooting/repairing hydraulics and pneumatics
- Experience reading electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
What Will Put You Ahead: Maintenance Technician
- Advanced industrial electrical troubleshooting (motors, VFDs/frequency drives )
- Mechanical maintenance experience with conveyor systems , actuated valves, and welding
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
- Maintenance experience in packaging/corrugated/converting operations
- Associate degree in electrical and/or mechanical technology
