Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and facilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner

• Work independently using written instructions, diagrams, and procedures

• Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and material-handling equipment

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with standards

• Adhere to all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures

• Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Identify, report, and help correct unsafe conditions

• Support additional maintenance and operational tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience in an industrial setting

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with single- and three-phase industrial electrical systems

• Ability to maintain accurate records, counts, and documentation

• Preferred experience with automation systems

• PLC Experience preferred
