Maintenance Technician
Pay Range: $32–$40 per hour (based on experience)Key Responsibilities

Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and facilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner

Work independently using written instructions, diagrams, and procedures

Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and material-handling equipment

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
-
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with standards

Adhere to all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures
-
Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Identify, report, and help correct unsafe conditions

Support additional maintenance and operational tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
-
3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience in an industrial setting

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
-
Experience with single- and three-phase industrial electrical systems
-
Ability to maintain accurate records, counts, and documentation
-
Preferred experience with automation systems
-
PLC Experience preferred
