Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of assigned tasks and deliverables under the direction of a Project Manager
  • Assess and document the current state (processes, stakeholders, readiness, gaps, and needs)
  • Coordinate and support onboarding of facilities to a certified HIE, including stakeholder communication and task tracking
  • Assist with training and education efforts (scheduling, materials coordination, follow-up)
  • Write and maintain project reports and documentation (status updates, summaries, and project artifacts)
  • Help oversee and track project finances, including invoice review, documentation support, and purchase tracking
  • Identify issues, solve problems, and present practical solutions to keep work moving
  • Maintain professionalism when navigating challenging people, competing priorities, and time-sensitive situations

Required Skills and Experience

  • Ability to solve problems and present solutions
  • Professionalism when dealing with challenging people and situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to facilitate groups (meetings, work sessions, stakeholder discussions)
  • Able to perform general office work using telephones, computers, and other technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (or comparable experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis and/or grant-related work
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
