Marketing Assistant

We’re searching for a Marketing Assistant who thrives on turning big ideas into real results — executing digital campaigns, amplifying social media engagement, and partnering with a dynamic creative agency to make a brand shine. This is a full-time, on-site position in Olathe, KS (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), perfect for someone who loves hands-on work, fast-paced collaboration, and seeing their efforts directly impact business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, HubSpot, and others.
Partner with a creative agency to bring strategic marketing plans to life — ensuring content is scheduled, published, and performing.
Create and organize content using Canva and HubSpot, track performance, and report on KPIs to drive data-based improvements.
Support trade show initiatives, assist the sales team with quote preparation, and handle a variety of marketing and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

1–3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in digital or social media campaign execution.
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Canva, and key social media platforms.
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
A proactive, creative, and enthusiastic mindset with a passion for delivering measurable marketing results.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
