As the Marketing Event Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in planning and delivering standout trade shows, conferences, and special events that engage customers and elevate our presence. You’ll ensure every event runs flawlessly—from concept to execution. Duties:
  • Reserve high-visibility exhibit spaces and coordinate meeting rooms or press areas to maximize event impact.

  • Manage all logistical details, including ordering booth services, submitting exhibit forms, and arranging technical needs like power and lighting.

  • Prepare and track all event materials—displays, graphics, product demos, literature, and giveaways—ensuring accurate inventories before and after events.

  • Oversee shipping logistics for event assets, both domestic and international, and support on-site booth setup and breakdown for select shows.

  • Handle essential administrative tasks such as event registration, credentialing, internal updates, and capturing media assets during events.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of hands-on experience coordinating corporate events or trade shows.

  • Comfortable traveling within the U.S. a few times per year to support in-person event execution.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in managing data, spreadsheets, and logistics with precision and organization.

  • Strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (CC): Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop a plus.
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
