Mechanical Assembler (Production Assembly) — Direct Hire

Coatesville, PA 19320
Pay:
$21–$26/hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble aviation refueler trucks and sub-assemblies, including pump/motor modules and related components
- Perform required assembly routines during build and before/after completion of each truck
- Install prefabricated parts and components onto truck chassis
- Read and interpret blueprints/assembly drawings to ensure correct build procedures
- Install and route pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical (12V) systems on refueling trucks
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete assembly work accurately and efficiently
- Operate safely at all times by following company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned based on production needs
Qualifications (Required)
- Mechanical assembly background or related hands-on experience
- Understanding of 12V electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to read a tape measure (including 1/8” and 1/16” increments)
- Ability to convert feet to inches (and inches to feet)
- Valid driver’s license
