In this role, you will serve as the first line of defense for network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to maintain stability. Responsibilities include system administration tasks such as patching, network troubleshooting, and automating processes with scripts. Working in a 24/7 environment, you will prioritize tasks, manage escalations, and ensure optimal service delivery to customers.
