You’ll play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving incidents to ensure that our clients receive top-tier service.

As a NOC Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining the performance and quality of all edge network devices across the network. You’ll play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving incidents to ensure that our clients receive top-tier service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain network devices, including telecommunications circuits, routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP systems, and failover solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and repair voice and data services, including TDM, VOIP, SIP, DIA, MPLS, and VPRN.

  • Perform event and incident management, create and triage trouble tickets, and collaborate with vendors and carriers to resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, enterprise customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate resources and resolve incidents.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a telecommunications environment, with a basic understanding of voice and data communication networks.

  • Familiarity with carrier transport circuit technologies, network infrastructure (DNS, IP Subnetting), and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP, and EIGRP).

  • Vendor certifications (Cisco, BTI, Alcatel-Lucent, Fortinet, etc.) preferred but not required.
  • Over night shift 12am-8am Sun-Thur into Friday


Salary: $38,000 - $42,000
