What You’ll Do

Provide administrative support to plant leadership and office staff

Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism

Maintain accurate records, files, and production-related documentation

Assist with payroll data, attendance tracking, and timekeeping

Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and basic accounting tasks

Support HR functions including onboarding, paperwork, and employee communication

Order office and plant supplies and monitor inventory levels

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed
What We’re Looking For

Previous administrative or office support experience (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
