Office Operations and Data Entry Coordinator
We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to join a small, tight-knit team in a full-time, office-based role. This position emphasizes data entry, order processing, and communication with international vendors, all while following clear internal procedures and systems.
Key Responsibilities

Enter and process purchase orders, customer orders, and vendor invoices using a user-friendly internal system

Communicate with overseas vendors via email due to time zone differences

Maintain accurate paper and digital records for inventory and purchasing

Assist with general office duties, including answering phones and supporting internal processes
Qualifications

2+ years of office experience including data entry and administrative work

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; strong keyboard and accuracy skills

Comfortable communicating professionally via email and phone

Able to follow structured processes with strong attention to detail
Work Environment & Benefits

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule with a 1-hour lunch
