Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow strategic relationships within targeted vertical markets (heavy haul, cranes, industrial HVAC, steel, etc.)

  • Prospect and secure new business through disciplined outreach, trade engagement, and relationship development

  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to shipment execution and long-term account expansion

  • Collaborate closely with operations to deliver exceptional service while protecting margin and profitability

Qualifications

  • Proven grit, competitiveness, and intrinsic drive — motivated by performance and financial upside

  • Industry-adjacent experience preferred (construction, trucking, heavy equipment, fleet operations, industrial manufacturing, etc.)

  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex logistics challenges under pressure

  • High accountability, resilience to rejection, and comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Salary: $60,000+
