- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using pick tickets or handheld scanners.
- Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Stock incoming inventory and organize warehouse locations.
- Recharge and handle automotive batteries safely following company procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Load and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and properly handle hazardous materials.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred but not required .
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds .
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to safely move heavy or bulky products using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
Order Picker Schedule:
- Sunday–Thursday
- 5:30am - 2:00pm
