- Clean, mask, sand, and prep parts for finishing
- Prime/paint parts per work instructions; verify correct work order identification
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality/conformance
- Follow all safety and hazardous-material procedures; wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete basic documentation
- Support continuous improvement and team activities
- May operate a forklift and assist with training others as needed
Painter Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Prior painting/finishing experience or vocational training
- Ability to stand/bend/kneel regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around solvents/chemicals and sharp tools
