Parts Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales and Quoting Specialist to manage the full order cycle and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This role is central to processing customer requests, generating accurate quotes, and driving efficient order fulfillment from inquiry through invoicing.
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for client requests, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Enter, process, and manage customer orders from quote through invoicing.
- Generate customized quotes and proposals based on client needs.
- Coordinate purchasing, scheduling, and delivery to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide responsive customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
- Act as a communication link between customers, sales personnel, and internal teams.
- Experience in order entry, order processing, or customer service in a technical/manufacturing environment.
- General mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Experience using ERP/CRM or order/project management software (e.g., JobScope or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Salary:
$45,000–$50,000/year
