Sales and Quoting Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales and Quoting Specialist
to play a critical role in managing the quotation and order fulfillment process for our proprietary and non-proprietary parts. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for client requests and a key support for our sales team, driving efficient execution from initial inquiry to final invoice.
Key Responsibilities:
Client and Order Management
- Own the Quote-to-Order Process: Serve as the main point of contact for direct and buy/resale clients requesting quotes for parts.
- Diagnostic Support: Provide initial diagnosis of client needs and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Proposal Generation: Develop, customize, and deliver comprehensive proposals to clients.
- Full Order Execution: Manage the complete lifecycle of a client order, including order entry, purchasing, scheduling, and invoicing.
- Business Development Partnership: Support Business Development Managers and Sales Representatives by facilitating quoting and execution (order entry, purchasing, scheduling, and invoicing) of orders.
- Communication Hub: Act as a central communication link between sales personnel, representatives, and customers to ensure smooth order flow and client satisfaction.
- Sales Enablement:
Assist the Vice President of Sales and Marketing with promotional efforts for our parts by:

Developing and maintaining customer and prospect databases, and managing follow-up.

Creating and updating price lists and sales manuals.

Developing effective promotional and marketing tools.

Qualifications Required Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of cooling tower performance, operation, and applications with a general mechanical aptitude.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access , and experience with order/project management software (e.g., JobScope, or similar ERP/CRM).

Salary- $45,000-$50,000/year
